Red Lodge Europa APS is a social promotion association that pursues civic, solidarity and socially useful purposes.

To support its activities and projects you can donate directly to the association. The funds will be used to finance projects in the area, in particular the projects “Let’s shape the future” and “Care for plants that heal”.

Red Lodge Europa is a social promotion association recognized by APS. The individual or company that makes a donation can freely decide the tax treatment to benefit from. Depending on the legislation applied to the donation, the benefits provided are in fact different.

IF YOU ARE A INDIVIDUAL PERSON YOU CAN:

– deduct 30% of the donated amount from the gross tax, up to a maximum of 30,000 euros (art. 83, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, no. 117);

– deduct from your total net income donations in money for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income (art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, n. 117);

– deduct from your income monetary donations for an amount not exceeding 2% of the total declared income (art. 10, paragraph 1, letter g of Presidential Decree 917/86).

AND YOU ARE A BUSINESS YOU CAN:

– deduct from income monetary donations for an amount not exceeding 30,000 euros or 2% of the declared business income (art.100, paragraph 2, letter h of Presidential Decree 917/86);

– deduct from the total net income donations in money for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income (art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, no. 117).
